The station
Ghost Signal FM started in 2019 as a late-night experiment — a single stream running from a hard drive full of forgotten ambient records and half-finished electronic sketches. No schedule, no DJ drops, no ads. Just sound, continuous and uninterrupted.
What began as a personal project became something stranger: a gathering point for listeners who wanted music that didn't demand attention, but rewarded it. The kind of sound that fills a room without filling it up.
Today Ghost Signal FM runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The signal never stops.

Continuity
Music should flow without interruption. No ads, no station IDs every three minutes, no jarring transitions. The stream is the experience.
Depth over novelty
We program for listeners who want to go deep into a sound, not skim the surface. Obscure records sit next to contemporary releases without hierarchy.

Mara Voss
Founder & Programmer
Mara has been collecting ambient and electronic music for over two decades. She built the first Ghost Signal FM playlist from her personal archive and still programs the overnight sets.
Theo Kline
Technical Director
Theo keeps the signal alive. He designed the streaming infrastructure and writes most of the software that powers the station's automation and metadata systems.
Sable Park
Guest Programmer
Sable curates the weekend deep-dive sessions, bringing in sounds from the edges of the electronic spectrum — field recordings, noise, and everything in between.
